My child has lost their goHenry card. How do I replace it?
If your child has misplaced their card and you’d like to order a replacement, please contact our Member Services team on (877) 372-6466 and we will arrange this for you.
Once the replacement has been ordered, a replacement fee of $3.99 will be taken from the parent account. Please note if there is not enough money in the account, the card will not be sent until there is enough money loaded into the parent account to cover the cost of the card.
