If your child’s goHenry card is misplaced or you wish to turn off their card temporarily, simply login to your goHenry account through the website.

You will see each child account on your home page. To block, a specific child’s card, click the profile of the child and then click “Rules” in the top right hand corner.

It will then show the card status, and you can switch it from “Active” by clicking that button. A pop up box will appear asking if you are sure you want to the block the card.

If you’re using the mobile app, then login and choose the child and click on ‘Limits’ in the bottom menu.

Where the card status shows, slide the button across to deactivate the card, and again a pop up box will appear asking if you are sure you wish to block the card.

The card will then remain inactive until you, or your child, re-activates it. If you decide that the card is lost or you wish to cancel your account, please call our Member Services Team on (877) 372-6466 to complete the cancellation.
