I did not have sufficient funds on my account to pay the weekly allowances & task payments – what happens now?
The system will ‘look’ for the funds in your account pay the weekly allowances & task payments – what happens now? for the next 3 days.
If the goHenry parent account is funded within this period then the system will run the payment process and the funds will move to your child’s account.
If the goHenry parent account remains out of funds until after this 3 day period, the weekly allowance & task payments will not be made to your child.
Once you have funded the account, if you’d like your child to receive the week’s weekly allowance & task payments you will need to make the payment yourself using the ‘quick transfer’ button, which is visible from your parent home page both in the mobile app and the web app.
