What can I do if my child has run out of money?
If your child runs out of money or needs a little extra when they are out, you can login to your parent account to make a quick transfer: Login through the mobile app or website and click ‘quick transfer’ on the homepage.
Enter the amount you need to transfer and click ‘transfer now’. The funds will move immediately from your account to your child and will be available immediately.
Please remember to review your child’s spending limits and card limits to ensure that they can access their money as needed and make sure you have enough money in your parent account to make the transfer to your child.
