The goHenry App is available to download at either the Apple AppStore or GooglePlay

Once you have activated the goHenry card, your child will have their own username and password for accessing their goHenry account and mobile app.

If they forget their password you can reset it by logging in to your parent account. Just follow these steps: If you’re using the website, login, and click Your Profile down the left hand side, and then click on their name.

You’ll see an encrypted password with an option to ‘edit’ next to it, under their security. Click this and a pop up appears and you will need to enter YOUR parent password, a new password for your child and confirm that new password.

Click ‘save’ and you see confirmation that the password has been reset. If you’re using the mobile app, login, and click on the menu icon in the top left hand corner ( ).

Click on “Account & Settings”, and then select your child’s name at the top of the page. You will then see under ‘their Security’, their password, starred out.

Click the pencil icon and enter YOUR parent password or PIN, and then enter the new password you want for your child.
