If you have an active account, and need to change your address because you have moved, you can either call our helpful Member Services team on (877) 372-6466 or email at help@gohenrycard.com.

We are open from 9 am to 5 pm EST, 7 days a week and we will be happy to assist you. If you have just signed up and your parent account and child’s card have not been activated you’ll need to call us on (877) 372-6466 from 9 am to 5 pm EST, 7 days a week and have your Driver’s License or State Issued ID with you and we’ll help you out.
