My Auto-funding keeps failing
The Auto-funding feature relies upon us having an up to date ‘token’ stored against your debit card details held with our payment provider.
If it has been some time since a debit card payment was taken on your account this token may have expired.
Either that or your debit card may have expired. In each of these cases you will need to log in to your goHenry account and remove the stored card details and add them again so that we can take a 3D Secure payment and reset the token we hold for your card.
