Logging into goHenry
Parent Login Details
The goHenry parent account is the account you use to manage your parental controls and pay your children allowance, set tasks, make-one off money transfers to your children’s cards and follow your child’s progress.
If you’ve forgotten the username for your parent account, that’s no problem. Just go to the login page on our website, and then click ‘I forgot my login details’.
Go to ‘Forgotten your username?’ and follow a few simple steps to display your username. Once this has been displayed, simply use this and your password to login.

Go to ‘Forgotten your password?’ and enter the email address associated with your account. A link to reset your password will then be sent to your email address. If you don’t receive it, make sure you check your spam folder.
If you can’t remember both your goHenry username and password, don’t worry. Give our Member Services team a call on (877) 372-6466 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
By answering some security questions we will be able to get you back into your account and up and running in no time.
Your goHenry login details also allow you to login to the goHenry mobile app. Alternatively; you can set a 4 digit mobile passcode to access the mobile app.
To set up your app PIN, log in to your parent account via the website and go to your ‘Account & Settings’. Under ‘Your Security’ you will see a section ‘Your Mobile PIN’, you will see that you can set and save a PIN number there.
Child Login Details
Your child has their own username and password which they’ll need to to access the website as well as the mobile app. They can also use their goHenry card PIN number instead of their password.
Once you have activated the goHenry cards, your child will have their own username and password for accessing their goHenry account and mobile app.

As the account holder you have access to your child’s login information and can retrieve and change this as required.
If your child has accidentally changed your email address, it’s easy for you to change it back. Go to the login screen on the website and click ‘I forgot my login details’.
Auto-funding is a feature in the goHenry app that makes it really easy to keep your parent account topped up without you having to even log into the app.
Auto-funding can be switched on by logging into your goHenry parent account. If you’re logging in through the website, go to “Adding money” on the left hand side, click the link and you’ll see Auto-funding as an option.

The Auto-funding feature relies upon us having an up to date ‘token’ stored against your debit card details held with our payment provider.
From your Debit Card
Loading money to your account using your debit card allows us to get your funds into your parent account instantly. When you activate your children’s card you will be asked to attach your debit card to your account.
Click ‘Adding money’ from the main menu or the ‘Add money’ button on the parent home page and you’ll see the option to ‘add a new card’
No, there is no fee for using your debit card to load your parent account.
Other Payment Transfer Questions
The minimum amount that you can load to your parent account is $2.00.
Please remember that this isn’t the case when you pay money to your child account. When paying allowance or tasks, there is no minimum amount that you can transfer.
The maximum amount we can receive per load to the parent account is $500.
The maximum number of loads we can receive per day to a parent account is 3. The maximum amount loaded to the goHenry parent account per day is $500.
When you created your goHenry account you will have chosen an amount to pay to your child for allowance each week. Allowance day defaults to Saturday which you can amend in the ‘Rules’ page.
